Torņakalns Station

Torņakalns (Tower Hill) neighborhood located in West Part of Riga called Pardaugava.
There are few noteworthy objects in this area, and one of them is the railway station which is infamous for its purpose during the Second World War.
It was the biggest departure point for people who were deported to Siberia.

Very interesting photo. I like the odd color of the snow under the sodium vapor lights and the eerie green area behind. The lights themselves add depth. It looks lonely and a little dangerous.
Thank you for comment and such deep analyse of photo :)
i love your photo. i'm curious about the green thing. is it just the light?
i think it is some camera lens effect.. Because in real life there is yellow-white over the station.
