Do you know that pirates are remarkable for their adherence to principle and common honesty?
This man came to Riga from countryside to find a job, but he was refused everywhere :(
He has one hand, like real pirates had ages ago.

This is a very poignant photo and reminds us, that even though a city may appear modern and prosperous, not everyone shares in that prosperity.

did you ask him what his qualifications were?
he has no qualification. it is usual for people who has criminal past.
that's a real shame. having only one hand, too, can only set him back (unfairly, in my opinion)
