Rīgas Brīvosta
Rīgas brīvostas pārvalde (Freeport of Riga Authority) office building is nicely decorated by colorful fountain and little lighthouse on the right from the building.
The building itself is located on Riga Canal coast in Kronvalda park.

That seems to be a great building on a fantastic location!
It's a very pretty building! I love its yellow lights and how everything is reflected in the water.
