I found some vandals scratches dated by 1989.

So sometimes the Soviet times left art unintentionally!
I suspect the photograph makes this space look more attractive than it is though. I have enjoyed visiting Latvia in the past, and love catching up with Riga in your pictures.

I love that there are rows and rows of chairs and only one person waiting.
The chairs look as though they could be a fairground attraction - at any time I expect them to start moving..
