Just by looking at the names of those clubs, they do seem really fishy (especially "Pussy Lounge").

These establishments have become notorious for credit card fraud extortion scams, prostitution rings and violence by organized criminals (=Russian mafia).
Local police is througout corrupted and they will not investigate these crimes.
Usual explanation not to investigate is "These tourists have been drunk, thus these incidents are their own fault".

It is sad that tourism in Riga isn't developing as fast as it could because of places, people and policemens like these.
Girls can be the accomplices of the institution, make friends with you and then try to pursuade you to buy stuff (drinks e.g.)
Recently a journualist did an investigation, acting as a Netherlands businessman and 2 girls tried to "milk" as much as possible, until he blew his cover after some time, asking them in Latvian - So how much exactly you were hoping to get from me? (girls occasionally speaked in latvian to each other, thinking he doesn't understand).

So - yes you can enjoy a good evening, but if you are not one step ahead of any possible treats, you will be as secur as a newborn puppy.
Can you list (if any) some normal clubs in Riga where you can drink or dance withouth being ripped-off or robbed?
As far as I read, Riga clubs/bars are only open to steal money to tourists.
