Kuģu iela 13
Not very old, but abandoned house on Kuģu iela (Ship street), which goes next to Daugava river.
Along with with abandoned buildings at Kugu iela like this one or Police Dept (Kugu iela 15), here are a lot of fancy building e.g. Kugu iela 26, Radisson Blu (Kugu iela 24), or Kugu iela 11.

so that's my favourite building (the abandon tsar's police station) in the left hand corner.
I love that building, although its probably filled with ghosts and bad memories. What will happen to both these buildings? If a property developer was interested in purchasing these where would she go to find out how?
