Coffee Time
This CoffeeTime vehicle is located next to entrance into Vermanes Park.
Such food vans started to appear in Riga quite recently, but I doubt very much that it is profitable business for now. People in Riga still are not used to buy food on the streets.

why not used? belasi etc are also selled on the street..cepti calisi etc....
buying food on the streets or from a kiosk is nothing new in Riga
I'm ready to order a coffee form the "coffee time" stand! By the way, I think we have the same amount of snow in my city of EAGAN.
It's a great location! Like many people I always seem to transverse the park as I walk from one location to another. But I must admit that I have never purchased a coffee, mostly because I hate having to look for a WC later on.
