All these buildings are located in Purvicems 2 area at Varavīksnes gatve, which literally means Rainbow road.
It sounds especially ironic in early winter :)

Are these buildings in an industrial area? They look like they could use a power washing.
looks so darkly, really need more from rainbow:)
I used to live on this street. But I didn't realize it looks so dull.
