Enlightenment of Latvia
The building of Latvian National Library is not frozen despite cold weather, all protests and critical situation.
Personally I agree that we have to finish what we have started otherwise the whole project doesn't make any sense at all.

It's 2010 and you still can't drink the tap water. The roads are full of holes, schools are closing, TB is rife and yes, lets build a library!
It reminds of North Korea's "Hotel of Doom" .. How many times over budet will it go and how much is going in currupt politicians pockets?
