T intersection of 11. Novembra krastmala and 13. Janvara iela is busy even at night time.
It is one of the most annoying traffic bottlenecks in Riga.
The only good thing about this place is the view towards Railway Bridge

me and a friend were stood next to the bridge taking picture on saturday night.... no snowmen...when we were leaving on the bus to the airport 8am on sunday morning there must have been a dozen snowmen all around the junction!.... who the hell made them all?
