A couple of years ago this place was one of those where you could park your car without any fee, it was always full, and almost impossible to park during daytime. Only by night it was empty, just then it was no use for the free parking on this street as after 10pm you can park anywhere in Riga for free (till 8am). This is my first insight for this photo.
