It is more fun, when you look at the winter picture taken 5 months Ago in January, when it -21°C.

Im going to Riga in August for my first time, its very hot in my city, i wanted a fresh place for summer but i think i was wrong in my choice :-)
yes, in the sun my thermometer also raises well above +45 degrees. according to meteo.lv temperature was not higher than +32, although it's not really a noticeable difference...
