Embassy of Moldova is located on Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris 14.
Moldova is one of the former Soviet Republics, which also gained independence together with Latvia in 1991, hence there were always warm relationship between our two countries.
Nowadays Moldova experiences political, territorial instability and it maybe the reason why Moldova is the most poorest country in Europe.

On 3rd floor I can see Italian flag? Is there some consulate?

So basically the pic is not just about the Moldavian embassy, but also the Italian one. Our dear author simply didn't notice the elephant ;)
Alehins, Italian embassy is located in Teatra Iela, That's why I asked if this one is a consulate or some kind of italian office..
