Town Square
Town Sqaure aka Ratslaukums or Melngalvju laukums is one of the most famous tourist points around Riga.
Square is located between 4 buildings - City Hall, Blackheads House, Kungu iela 1 (on the picture) and Occupation museum. In the middle there is the statue of Roland.
Under the square is a huge exhibition space, which is called Riga Art Space.

This photo was taken in August.
now I am travelling far away from Riga, so I can't take new picture and I use my archive to do daily updates.
Gray days are already here, I'd say! ;)
Anyway, I love Ratslaukums! And some weeks ago I entered the museum inside, and there's an interesting exhibition in the basement, where you can see the foundations of the old building, and some stuff found during excavations! :D
