Water Purification
One of the most stinking places in Riga is Daugavgriva Water Purification Plant, which was opened in late 1985.
Picture was taken flying over outdoor sedimentation tanks, which operate even when air temperature is much lower than zero.

Amazing capture....I never see a water purification plant like this one ever in my life....It is situated at a very high place plus it is quite unbelievable to know that it is operated even when the temperature is below the zero mark...
