Bolderāja Lutheran Church

Bolderājas Evaņģēliski luteriskā baznīca (Bolderaja Lutheran Church) was built in 1875 and burnt in 1973.
Wooden building was rebuilt in 1995 as the only Lutheran church in Northwestern Riga.

What a charming church! My great grandfather was a Lutheran minister in St. Petersburg! My grandfather married a woman from Riga and immigrated to the US in the early 1900's...who knows...maybe they were married in this little church!!!
