internet kiosk, but simple
newsstand which was very common for Riga in 1990s.
Nowadays it is rarity, and I didn't see any of them in Latvian capital for a while. This one is left in 100km from Riga in a small country town called Dobele.

I met this people singing prayers in Dobele, town which is 75 kilometers from Riga.
