Iran - Latvia Relations - Theme

Ambassador of Iran Rasoul Eslami and President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers
I guess you would like to ask me what kind of relations are you talking about? There aren't any relations between Iran and Latvia And you will be right.
I've been looking for an hour for anything that depicts something related to Latvia and Iran in one picture. All I have found is the low quality official video of accreditation Iran ambassador.

Why?
Today is the extraordinary city theme day, which is devoted to the latest events in Iran and especially to my colleague who run Tehran Daily Photo. He is missing.

How much for Georgia?

I don't like talks about politics, especially about one which splits Latvian community.
And this is the reason, why I didn't take up the topic related to conflict in Georgia.
But finally, somebody is free and strong enough to tell the true, what is really happening within Georgia.
Leaders of America and Russia have already decided everything, and we (people) are allowed only to watch this theater.

P.S. Interesting how long will live this poster..
Updated: there is more than one such poster in Riga :)

Presidents Castle

Rīgas pils (Riga Castle) is a major sight in Riga and the official residence of Latvian President.
Castle was founded in 1330. It was rebuilt and renovated many times due the rule of different powers like Germans, Polishes, Lithuanians, Swedes, Russian, Soviets and of course Latvians itself.
Pils was always very important stronghold over the whole Baltic Region.
Hotel Latvia can be seen on the Right.
