No Horn
Riga is extremely quite city in comparison with the noise made from vehicle traffic.
In Latvia it is possible to use vehicle horn only in emergency situation, all other usage is illegal. Therefore such traffic sign is extremely rare in Latvia.

Yes, I notice that Riga is a quite city even when traffic is very strong. Unfortunatelly here in my country is not like that. Most of citizen use horn just to say hello to pedestrians, friends or just like a signal in every situation:(
Use the horn must be by some important cause.
