Crimogenic street
The most dangerous street in Riga is Daugavpils iela, located somewhere between Railway Depot and Maskachka area.
Drunkards and bums, drug dealers and junkies, thieves, robbers, burglars, hooligans, gypsies and other criminal elements make this area quite dangerous even in day time.
Riga cheapest flats and cheapest hotels are exactly here.

That's a dirty lie!!! :) I lived there and I know what I am talking about. More dangerous is those few street a bit inside Maskachka - Ludzas, Maza Kalna, Lubanas Streets. Come on! Have you been there in day time? It's a bueutifull and piecefull street. Love it.
