There is an interesting word consummation, but I am sure that you get me wrong.
Working girls in Riga bars/clubs are often called as consummaters (консуматорши). It means that they do almost everything just to get you buying them a drink. Of course house shares some profit with such girls.
Sin city is one more Riga place, where it is almost impossible to meet not working girl.
Drinks in such places are usually cost up to 20 times higher than somewhere else.
Luckily this place, located on Dzirnavu iela, is not blacklisted.

"20 times higher then somewhere else"...its seems little bit over the top. Nearly in every one post concerning pubs you are saying that prizes are so high. Tell me how it's possible that these places exist?

no, it's a VIP club for russian ! Then it's normal if the drink cost 20 times more than another bar ! Russian people like to pay a lot ! It's the same in Moscow ! more you pay, more you are happy ! and 20x it's not a lot ! something it's 100x or 200x in Moscow...

Tourists should stay out of Sin City. It should better be named Fraud City. Me and a friend were taken there by two girls we met in another club. They told us, they wanted to go there to smoke shisha (waterpipe). It turns out that one shisha costs 40 lat (56 EUR / 80 US$). In addition they had a couple of drinks, each one is 20 lat (28 EUR/40 US$). I don`t know if it`s true or not that Russians are happy when they have to pay a lot... I am not. And if you want to have some fun and don`t want to spend a fortune, go anywhere else. You can read a lot about fraud with tourists at various clubs in Riga. In my experience it is all true.
About the Riga night clubs legends go. There is a so-called black list of clubs, it is not recommended where to go, in these clubs are engaged in swindle (pour in alcohol soporific, rob, draw out money from credit cards...). In Sin City I with the company had a rest 04.02.2010, I still had pleasant memoirs. Yes money all of us have left together much, nearby 750 EUR, but it is that costed. Was not only alcohol and dances, I think you me understand...:) all is transparent and is fair, all prices which at them have been sounded on a site (www.sincity.lv), were accessible and in club... I will recommend nothing, to everyone the...
