Martin's Building
Behind these golden trees is Mārtiņa Nams (Martin's Building). It is another failed real estate project in Riga.
Failed because of crisis, bad promoting, worse location. Picture is taken in one of the most backward areas.
P.S. this is the last picture of Gold Autumn this year. Riga is turning to gray for 6 months...

I don't know why, price of flats are so high even in there's crisis. They are not so clever to make business. And then everythings, like price of bus, transport, food Grows up instead to be cheaper. Want politicians have a civil war? They are in the right way ;)
