Puttying
The people in the hoist are neither window cleaners nor poster hangers :)
Their job is to put plastic foam into cracks of the building, which is so old, so that hardly can see that it was originally built from shining yellow brick.

i know my question doesn't fit to that pic, but once you said that riga/latvia is known for its incredibly beautiful women. as a man, i'd love to build my own opinion about that :) would you show us some of these women?
