They should restore this, and many other buildings like this in Riga..they can become beautiful once again!
I saw many buildings like this when I visited Riga in April. It's a shame that they have not been looked after.

Har to believe this building is abondoned. It is a nice building. Someone should move in.
The owners of many of these buildings live abroad nowadays and cannot afford to remont them. Or simply don't want to invest at this time of crisis.
