the funniest and misunderstanding fact for me is why does he use a tram? :)
The only answer came to my mind is that he has an Unwarranted Self-Importance disease and wants to gather as much as possible douchebags around him even when going home by tram and give them free lectures about our potatoland.
BTW, does he buy a ticket or he use his diplomatic immunity? :)
