Dancing Granny
First time I saw this woman in Riga more than 10 years ago. Since then I see her very often in Vecriga always dancing to tape recorder.
She always wears red clothes, always moves in the same way.
For past 10 years only tape recorder was changed. Before it was also red :)
In my opinion she is the most famous street artist of Riga :)

I am wondering what compels her to dance in red to music.

Oh thank you so much for this photo!! I miss this Granny, I always looked for her when I had reason to go to Old Town. I used to give her at least a Lat a month (probably closer to per week!) when I lived there. I think of her often as she always put a smile on my face. I did take a photo of her while I was still living there, but it did not turn out well... So thank you :) It was good to see her again!
