Laser in the sky
Sometimes Riga people can see lasers drawing something in the night sky.
Usually, it is advertisement of some Riga club, in this case Essential club.
This one is scanning sky, like radars scan all around them.

This has an eerie feel, like a scene from Blade Runner. We sometimes have searchlights in the night sky but I've never seen such a laser. It looks very cool but also dangerous, like some kind of death ray.
