Barons Monument
Krišjānis Barons is one of the most famous Latvian people during the whole history of the country. One of the main Riga streets named for it - Kr. Barona iela.
And Barons is the only man who is appearing on Latvian money. His portrait is on the 100 Ls (140 EUR) bank note :)
