Through Protests
As you can see for the past 3 months the view of the most important building in Latvia is not changed.
If you compare this photo to the previous one, then you won't notice any difference, except removed graffiti from the fence.
But National Library is still under construction. Despite financial crisis and heavy critics is going on and on!
