This washed out Volkswagen looks quite funny with the children bicycle on top of it.
Also it has У sign on top of it, which means Учебный автомобиль (Training Car)
By the way, it is easy to find driving school in Riga with macibu.lv website.

That is a funny photo. Does the children's bike symbolize the fact this is a "training car"?
:) Actually that "Y" is a joke. Official sign is "M" (Macibu = training). "Y" was used in USSR and possibly is still in use in Russia.
