Destruction of RTU
Good news in Riga! There is one less ugly building in Old Town.
After several years of disuse, the former building of Riga Technical University is finally being demolished.
Vecriga is going to have one more square more soon, on Kalku street, just opposite the Flames bar.

That must really be wonderful news for your city!
I just posted this week an unfinished building that's been standing for more than 10 years. Wish my city would get rid of that eyesore!
I hope it really will be a square, and that they wont rebuild anything there..
