University Queue
A big queue in front of University of Latvia.
Now it is the only week during the year, when it is possible to apply for studies in LU.
More than 6000 of people are being enrolled during 6 business days.

Is it hard to be accepted to the LU?
because i heard that the level of education in Latvia (my love) is not that high...

Level of education in Latvia is one of highest in europe.
Many people who finished a university outside Latvia and try to keep up at a Latvian university afterwards mostly cant keep up and dont get a diplom just because they are not used to such high standarts.

That's gross exaggeration that latvia got the highest education.I would say that they are not used just to learn thats why they cant keep up.And students from west europe struggling in any uni. on the east.Not just only in Latvia.
Not the best education ever, I tell from experience.
But it's still a European education with it's inheritance from Soviet educational system which unarguably was the best.
