Zilais Dimants

Zilais Dimants (Blue Diamond) is a huge Casino Network in Riga, which takes the last money from rustic sloggers.
Sometimes casinos are located in such wooden buildings. Who cares?
You know, the most important in this business is to be closer to the people.
I am happy that our neighbor-country Russia had forbidden gambling from 1st of July. I am sure that we need do so as well, as we suffer from the same problem when people get lost the whole salary in 2 hours.

In Chile, there can't be more than 2 casinos per region (there are 15 regions, but the most populated one, Santiago Metropolitan Region -where the capital is- is the only one not allowed to have casinos). Although, there's a casino about 70km south of Santiago which has become very attractive for gamblers.
Gambling addiction is a really sad situation.
Yes, it is a huge problem! Nice wooden building!
Same problem in Victoria, Australia. Highest concentration of 'one arm bandits' in the poorest areas were people can least afford it. But still people don't exactly have their arms twisted to play these things. I would rather have teeth extracted then play.
Nice wooden building. Marseilles roof?
