It is another nice photo taken from Swedbank office during Riga Smog in the end of January.
On the photo it is clearly visible that smog was at level of 50 meters, basically the middle of Shroud Bridge

in fact it was smog, because it was caused not only by water in the air :)

Its a FOG not a SMOG! Its a cloud (consists of watter). Riga hosts 700K of people, how can a smog be created??? Please think of what Youre writting!
