Last but one Soviet building

Last but one Soviet building in Old town is being demolished these days. Address Audeju iela 12 doesn't exist anymore.
Just few weeks ago it was home for an alternative night club called Space Garage.
The last standing Soviet-type building in Vecriga is Occupation Museum, which is going to have a long life, I suppose.
See also destruction of RTU building.
P.S. Is here any native English speaker? :) Did I use "Last but one" in a right and understandable form? :)

Hi -- I'd say it this way, "The next to last Soviet building in Old town is being demolished. The address, Audeju eila 12, doesn't exist anymore. Just a few weeks ago it was home to the alternative night club, Space Garage. The last standing Soviet-type building in Vecriga is the Occupation museum, which will have a long life, I suppose."
I think your English is just fine. I enjoy seeing Riga on your blog.
Damn, I wanted to visit that club for one time the next time i would be in Riga..ahwell..its good the commie rubbish has been removed.. interesting what will be there now, interesting place for little square/park..but then it should be done with style and good project..
Where RTU building was there should also be a square/park!
"last but one" is perfectly ok. Thanks for a great site
I think this is cause for celebration!!! Soviet architecture leaves a lot to be desired...
I'd just say "second last." Also, please show more Pardaugava photos!
Last but one .... fine
second last ..... also fine
Penultimate ... now you're talking
Lovely photo, I love those house eating machines.

Unfortunately no. Apart from the Occupation museum, there is a school on Grēcinieku Street built in 60s and the building of the State Land Service on 11. novembra quay. But the latter looks rather OK.
