The building itself was built during latest years of Soviet epoch and is a good example of Soviet architecture.
By the way, this complex building, located at 451 Maskavas street, is also one of the cheapest hotels within Riga borders. The price for staying varies between 2 EUR and 10 EUR per night.

Terrible soviet architectures!!
vow, this is a good find! Even I didn't knew this building! And I disagree with Raffaele, this is rather good looking building, there is certain charm in best Soviet style architecture!
