This building is embassy of glorious nation of Kazakhstan in Riga :)
I am one of them, who like Borat movie. And I do not understand why a lot of people find this movie offensive.
This movie is a really big joke about stupid people and derision of many stupid fears.

Actually there are a lot of jokes which could provoke me, because I was thinking that they are quite shubby, but I understood that Borat make laugh of stupid thoughts, views and "morals"
