House of Press
Despite its big size, this building is out of use. It is ex-building of Press agencies in Riga.
Last 2-3 years it isn't used anymore, so it is just awaiting for demolition :(
For now this is the one of the tallest buildings in Riga, and it's located next to Saules Akmens building.

Peppe, on Kipsala Island, next to Hansa Banka skyscraper.
In the overall poverty of Soviet times it even seemed to look cool.
Now it seems to look ugly and longing for major refurbishment or demolition.
