Dienvidu Tilts

Dienvidu Tilts (South Bridge) is the most expected and the most expensinve project in Riga for the last several years. It will connect Ķengarags neighbourhood with Pārdaugava, more particularly to Ziepniekkalns.
It is more important than LNB project and of course not cheaper :)
Bridge cost is more than a half billion euro, and the bridge itself is less than 500 meters long.
See also South Bridge Tests.
Now South Bridge is open!

It would be nice to see how this bridge is "growing". Every Month a new picture from the same point of view ?
Actually bridge is almost done :)
And it's a bit diffucult to get into building territory because of security :)
if you like to see growing buildings you can see LNB building
