Night Bar Flames
Some time ago here was a post about empty Strip Bars in Riga.
Flames is candidate to be in the list of dangerous places in Riga, I guess this is the reason why it is quite empty, despite even good location on Kalku street.
Although some big daddies came here by limo :)
