Today is my 3rd day in Riga. Really old town is so nice but just round the corner...is sooooo bad.Many doggy people and very big contrast beetwen new rich and poor man.And is too expensive here.It make me laugh because is nothing really special to pay for it so much money.
Hauntingly beautiful photo. Can't imagine being out on that icy water.
