Dzērieni / Napitki

Every language is being developed and extended every day, especially by not native speakers.
Transliteration of Russian is quite controversial point, but I guess it is unavoidable future and this writing is a good example of that.
Dzērieni or Napitki (Напитки) means Drinks in Latvian and Russian respectively.

Looks like they start early in the day, and closes early in the evening as well.
it will change since it will be allowed again to sell beer 24/7 i heard :D :D :D
"napitki" is polish word as well; it means nothing more than "alcoholic drinks" and is not used so much now:)
Stop telling people your way too subjective opinion on 'official' conversion of Russian to transliteration Russian and its unavoidable future. That won't happen cause majority of Russian people live in Russia and are very conservative about their language and culture and all-Russian. Like many big nation cultures.
