This baroque style building was built in 1901 in the then prestigious place of Riga, at the corner of Suworow-Straße (Alexander Suvorov street) and Mühlenstrasse (Mill Street).
Today these streets called slightly different Krisjana Barona iela and Dzirnavu iela.
