Baltic Bike
BalticBike is another service of AirBaltic. 11 bicycle dock-stations were opened last week in Riga and Jurmala.
although the price to rent a bike is quite high comparing to other European cities. Price per hour is 1Ls.
For example Velib in France offers first 30 minutes for free.

In Barcelona we have the "Bicing". I don't know its price anymore, but it was something like 30 euros/year. You can pick any bike and return it to another station within 2 hours. If it takes more than 2 hours, you have to pay penalty, but not very high.
Barcelona's full of Bicing stations, and I think it's a really good idea, but sometimes the city's a little bit chaotic! ;)
