I don't quite understand, but I like the photograph...it almost looks as if the truck is moving through and provides a nice contrast to the blah brown of the building.

:) This is car from Russia, not the local one. Especially - pay attention to the number painted in big letters and numerals at the back of the truck. It was standard practice in USSR and is still done like that in Russian federation. Google says that the owner of the truck "Kraft-transport" is located in Kaliningrad oblast (former Eastern Prussia, now Russia).
