Garden Palace
It is quite possible that people who hoist flags might don't have any education and therefore there is no wonder that German flag was set in a wrong upside-down way.
But how the management of 4 star hotel Garden Palace can miss such a mistake?

When French President received recently Lithuanian President, the Lithuanian flag was also upside-down in the room where they signed agreement, in Elysee Palace.....
Definitly, our poor Baltic States (and their flags)are unknown.

it is quite posh inside, but also cosy as it is a small hotel, location very good - not in the very centre which may be noisy at nights but still in historical place. and i like the fountain inside :)
