I liked the big trendy lamp and the many small x-mas stars hanging in the window. The ART on the wall is also interesting.
I guess this is a trendy place for good food and drinks? It looks welcoming and nice, also on the outside.

Neiburgs ir vācu cimles uzvārds - visdrīzāk jau latviskojums no Neuburg - jaunpilsēta.
My logic was based on the German-origin word Naburgs :)
